Terms of Sale
These terms cover purchases and enquiries from personal and business customers. Order details are confirmed at checkout or in your written quotation and order confirmation. Last updated: 13 October 2026.
About Nivylo
NIVYLO LTD is a UK business technology company, company number 17422019. Our registered office is 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ.
Personal and business customers
We sell to individuals and organisations. If you buy mainly for purposes outside your trade, business or profession, consumer protections apply. Our Delivery, Returns & Warranty page explains your cancellation, refund and faulty-goods rights. Business quotation terms do not override consumer rights.
Enquiries and quotations
A website enquiry is a request for information, not an order. Quotations are subject to availability, credit approval and any validity period stated on the quotation. A contract is formed only when we issue written order acceptance or otherwise confirm acceptance in writing.
Products, pricing and payment
Specifications, images and availability may come from manufacturers or distributors and can change. We will identify the goods or services, price, VAT treatment, delivery charges, payment schedule and any relevant licence or subscription period in the quotation or order confirmation. Payment must be made using the method and by the date agreed in writing.
Software and cloud services
Software, licences and cloud services may be governed by the publisher’s or provider’s end-user and service terms. By ordering them, the customer agrees to comply with those applicable terms. Renewal, cancellation and usage conditions will be set out in the quotation or provider terms.
Delivery, acceptance and problems
Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. The customer should check deliveries promptly and notify us as soon as reasonably possible of shortages, visible damage, incorrect items or faults. Our Delivery, Returns & Warranty page explains the initial process.
Responsibility
Each party remains responsible for losses that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any other limits or exclusions applicable to a particular order will be stated in the written quotation or agreed contract. Nothing on this website removes statutory rights that apply to the transaction.
Law and changes
Unless agreed otherwise, these website terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and disputes are subject to its courts. We may update this page for future enquiries; the terms agreed for an existing order remain those applicable to that order.
